My name is Cassandra. I am so happy to have you here! I am so passionate about what I do as a Certified Health & Fitness Coach.
My specialty lies within the method in which I coach. I aim to empower people to achieve their fitness goals while transforming their mindset to create a lasting, sustainable change. My clients are able to do this from the comfort of their homes and on their own schedule.
I do this through simple customized meal plans, quick but effective work outs, weekly lessons and weekly mindset coaching. I am very hands on and my clients have unlimited access to me during business hours.
I am obsessed with personal development and passionate about sharing my personal and professional experience with others. I am a proud mother of two energetic happy boys that love creating, tending to our garden, and doing silly yoga poses with me. I am inspired by my kids every day. They have such presence, spirit, energy, and courage that inspires me and pushes me fearlessly forward. After the birth of my second son, I struggled with my weight and confidence for some time. Despite the challenges, I was able to lose 90 pounds. I went through a difficult period of time where I could not accept myself but did not know how to change. I deprived myself and tried every diet you could imagine. None of it worked because the approach was not right for me. When I really got to know myself, worked on my mindset and changed my daily habits, I saw real-time results. We are all unique and there really is no one size fits all approach to health and weight loss. Life became worth living again and I can honestly say I have never been happier. I now have a new appreciation for my body and what it is capable of. If it can work for me, it can work for you.

I’ve personally tried too many diets to count, each one ending up in an unsuccessful attempt to lose my last twenty pounds. I lost 90 pounds after the birth of my second child. It wasn’t until I truly started to look deeper that I realized I had more work to do. The weight I was holding onto was more than excess fat. It was all the beliefs that I had adopted that were keeping me from reaching my goals.
I realized that mainstream dieting wasn’t working for me. I wanted to enjoy life, be healthy, and not live to be on a diet. I recognize that as humans we are all different, yet in many ways, we are all the same. At our core, most of us want to be happy and to feel good.
Health, weight loss, diet, and exercise are all loaded terms. How can you cut through the noise and get what you need to achieve your goals?
Is health really healthy if it costs us our happiness? I myself learned this the hard way, over and over again. At my lowest weight and most ideal body composition, I was not happy.
On the other hand, I was not happy at my heaviest either. It doesn’t have to be one or the other. It takes some experimentation but it is possible to have the body you want while being happy.
It’s called balance. It seems simple enough, but if you're anything like me, it’s a hard line to follow. I’ve always been an all or nothing type of person. I was with it or I wasn’t. I could eat or I couldn’t. I would eat no sugar or I’d devour the entire box.
It’s not all about the food, we have to take into account our interior wellbeing. It all starts there.
